How Stabily works
Instead of spending a lot of time searching for suitable methods or materials, you simply describe the conflict in your class. Stabily helps you reflect on the conflict with targeted questions and then suggests tailored solutions. Whether discussion guides, short interventions or complete lesson plans: all approaches are pedagogically proven and based on scientifically sound materials. This allows conflicts to be resolved and conflict resolution strategies to be practiced with your students, preventing future conflicts.

Origin
Stabily emerged from an 18-month research process in schools, including classroom support.
Initially, conflicts in everyday school life were examined in detail to better understand which conflicts are particularly stressful and how students and teachers can be supported. Based on this research, we developed Stabily together with teachers, students and parents in a co-creation process. This was made possible by the funding program “Wirksam Werden – Soziale Innovationen gegen Kinder- und Jugendarmut” of the Austrian Research Promotion Agency (FFG) in cooperation with the Federal Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs, Health, Care and Consumer Protection (BMASGPK).
